Breakfast
Breakfast is available between 8-9am. Guests are invited to help themselves to cereal, yoghurt, juice etc and a full English cooked breakfast will be served shortly thereafter.
We offer a huge range of cereals and our full English will keep you going most of the day. For those of you who feel that our scrumptious full English is too filling then we offer various combinations of your choice, or if you prefer a lighter bite then fried, scrambled or poached eggs or beans on toast are always available as is a vegetarian option, fish or an omelette.
We also offer light bite specials, so you may find we have scrambled egg on a bagel topped with smoked salmon or perhaps pancakes with a topping of your choice. A continental breakfast of various cheeses, meats and croissants is available but we do require advance notification so please let me know the day before if you would prefer this.
When possible all our breakfast ingredients are sourced locally. We use free range eggs, locally grown mushrooms and home grown tomatoes (when available). A local butcher supplies our bacon and hand makes our pork sausages. Kippers are line caught locally and smoked in nearby Caister. A selection of homemade jams, marmalade and sauces are locally produced in Great Yarmouth.
We aim to make your breakfast experience as enjoyable as possible so feel free to ask if you would like something different and if it is available then we will be happy to oblige.
For those guests who wish to explore the countryside or just spend a day at the beach we will be happy to provide packed lunches. Please enquire for menus and prices. |
